I now have my own private recording studio up and running.  It's located in the lovely and historic capital town of Frankfort, KY, less than an hour from both Lexington and Louisville, and within walking distance to the town's best local eateries and watering holes, a nice hotel, and the oldest continuously operating distillery in the United States.

It's a great sounding space and equipped with Pro Tools, a bunch of nice mics, good input paths, and a hefty collection of modern and vintage drums/percussions/cymbals, amps, guitars, a good internet connection for remote work, and etc.  This has opened up an incredibly flexible and good quality path for me to make recorded music with people near and far.

If you want me to play drums on your record, you just have to upload your Pro Tools sessions or .WAV files to me, and you'll quickly have slamming drum tracks...clean, nasty, old, new, whatever...  The same applies if you would like me to mix your record, or better yet....bring yourself or your band to hang out with my friends and I in our lovely town, and we'll make a record from top to bottom.  I will make sure that it does not sound like crap.

To add to all of this...my good friends and uber-talented musicians, Marcus Brothwell and Jonathan Keeler have just announced their new studio, Bywater Studios, that is located in the same building as my studio...literally just down the hall.  It's a great space with great gear (including a cherry B-3, Leslie, and a Piano), and it's run by two great people that seriously know how to play.  This has opened up a lot of extra possiblities for the the projects that come my way, and I'm super excited that we're able to collaborate with each other so easily.
